Returns

If for any reason you are not completely happy with the products you received, we will gladly refund your purchase price. We want you to love your Griffmart products. If your order wasn’t everything you expected, please email us at support@griffmart.com and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund once your return is received and processed. Please contact support@griffmart.com with your order number so we can handle your refund quickly.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited domestic shipping through UPS or USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to factors beyond our control, including weather or customs.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m., Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following week. During high-volume periods, such as sales, processing may take longer.

• Domestic shipments: Typically arrive within 2-4 business days after shipping.
• International shipments: May take 15-21 business days or longer, depending on customs in the destination country.

Missing Orders

If you’re in the USA and haven’t received your order after 10 business days, or if you’re overseas and it’s been over 25 business days, please email us with your name and order number at support@griffmart.com.

Note for international customers: Occasionally, customs may delay your shipment. Griffmart is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or tariffs.
